The Northwest Texas District is comprised of 10 churches in the Eighth Episcopal District of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. For over 100 years, churches in the Northwest Texas District have provided relevant, Bible-based worship experiences and community outreach services for families with various needs. Leaders in the district use a Christ-centered approach to fulfill the theme: WE SERVE GOD AND PEOPLE. Using innovative approaches to ministry, the Northwest Texas district partners with community organizations to provide compassionate, consistent ministry to those in need.

The Northwest Texas District is a body of Christ-centered believers inspired by the Holy Spirit and the mission of the Eighth Episcopal District. Our mission is to transform the world, demonstrating love through lively Bible-based teaching, worship, fellowship, and relevant ministries to local and global communities. We are an open and loving people, fulfilling the purposes of Jesus Christ throughout the world and providing safe environments to obtain spiritual, emotional and physical wellness through a committed relationship with God and God’s people.
